Feel free to share experience I'm pushing for promotion with Crystal Palace ( i'm always starting there, it just gets weird without playing at least first season ), and hopefully will stay, i always sign one-year contract to have a get-away plan if anything goes wrong But so far i can stay at top four, but next year it's EPL for me, with this team, or not..

I have also made lots of good additions to ganmeplay patch, i have managed to reduce impact of change in plays after first goal, you know the effect when you score a goal and your team starts to ******, while opponent plays better?Well, that's gone now, both teams will act normal now, they will try other tactics however, but at least there shouldn't be more cheating..only thing can't fix is direct free kicks so far, but i'm on to something..but even with that bug, game is still great.

Is the fix for the `impact of change` added to your patch. If so where do I find the variables for this?

Getting loads of 3d stadiums now so more happy to start soon.

Always start with Notts County (low league) and like yourself I sign a 1 year contract and see where it takes me.

Could never start in premiership. Some years I have never managed to get there.

Missed all the excitement of european football since 2006.

Few things I've noticed;

• Problem with Freekicks (as you've mentioned)
• Occasionally ratings seem to be slightly off. Keeper saving 1 shot getting rating 10, while Beckford scores 2 and gets a 6.
• A majority of My Goalkicks seem to go straight out for the opponents throw.
• Deep crosses going on top netting, hitting crossbar, etc, not actually going into the box towards teammates.
• Also, is there any way to make the crosses with more power and less height? They seem to go high up in the air with little power making almost impossible to score a header.

Other than that, very enjoyable to watch, even in League 1!. Can't wait to watch a prem game

Thanks, our thought are basically the same - free kick is a bug, and it would be great to fix it, or at least by-pass it, we'll see if it's possible. As for goalie kicks, i saw that also, and will focus on it after playing with crosses..as for deep crosses, i think they work ok for me, but will see if something can be done..otherwise, it's possible to make more headers, but think about consequences then - you can't defend cross when you are leading, it would ruin it for you to suffer goal from cross every time you take the lead..and the bottom line is - everything is easily tweakable, i can always provide you with tips to make it how you want it

Anyway, i also have those three thing marked for tuning - direct free kicks, crosses, and goal kicks, so i guess we're on the same track

Forgot to add - ratings are hard-coded, i don't see way to tweak it, unless there is parameter file which would operate them, but i don't know of any

I need the database for all english leagues with the winter transfers for 2009., I will start (once again) with Notts County and at the moment the country file is 2008. The conference doesnt have real players only made up ones.

I am getting there with the real 3d stadiums from your 2008 link.
Some terrific models, better than the 2009 versions that Great Glen made because these have true structure.
(Funny how we all like different things).

I look at real footballmatches and the pitch and players from 08 are really lifelike in size and how much room there is.
2009 is a jumbled mess with the passing and ball play not really happening as it should.
I do feel it is better after patch 3 (although nothing was done) its now playable but messy.

One thing I cant understand how no shots at goal go above knee height,,weird?

Anyway 08 it is. Just need correct database if thats ok.
