 FPS falling during 3D game |

hello.can anyone help me.recently i installed Windows 7 and FIFA manager 09 on it.but i cant play 3D game,coz fps is falling in middle of the game.always around halftime and then its impossible to watch 3D play frame by fram.it falls from around 31 FPS to 10 FPS.i did everyting with explorer bar and CMD line for vista.
can anyone help me.im in 20Th season and i dnt wanna breake it. my PC specs r: Pentimu E8400 3000 mhz 4 GTB of RAM ATI radeon HD4670 does anyone have an idea?help me pleas P.S.sorry i didnt wrote in german,i write english better,but u can answer me in german.thank u for any help |

Hi and sorry for the late answer. Is this Problem still there? In the german forum part some other people wrote the same and all of them use an ATI graficcard. They also use Win7 as OS.
So it looks like, this problem causes of a driver problem with Win7.  |
